We always carry a wide selection of 40 different types of sake. In particular, we’ve carefully selected sakes that pair perfectly with the fresh seafood shipped directly from the Tohoku region. For example, we highly recommend “Hana-Yo-Yoku,” which features a vibrant aroma and a well-rounded flavor, and “Hiroki,” known for its elegant and crisp finish. You can enjoy these premium sakes as part of specific dining plans.
